Clipperz is an experiment by Zama — a cryptography company building open-source tools for Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). The idea is simple: help more people discover Zama's work by rewarding creators who share clips about it.

It's currently invite-only while we iron out the details. If you don't have an invite yet, you can apply to join.

Zama is a Paris-based cryptography company on a mission to solve privacy in computing using FHE — a technique that lets you run computations directly on encrypted data, without ever decrypting it.

Their open-source libraries (like TFHE-rs and fhEVM) are used by teams building privacy-preserving applications in AI, blockchain, and beyond. Learn more at zama.ai.

Yes. You can create your own original content — explainers, demos, commentary, shorts — as long as it's about Zama or FHE. Original clips tend to perform better anyway.

If you need source material, check the Clip Bank: a curated library of Zama videos, talks, and demos you can repurpose and post.

Any public post on a supported platform (currently X and YouTube) that meaningfully covers Zama or FHE. This includes product explainers, code walkthroughs, opinion pieces, and short-form clips from Zama's own talks and demos.

Spam, misleading content, or posts that reuse the same clip frame-for-frame are not eligible.

Up to 10 clips per platform, per campaign. The limit resets with each new campaign.

Each campaign has a total prize pool (visible on your dashboard). At the end of the campaign, the pool is distributed pro-rata based on impressions: if your clips generated 10% of all impressions during the campaign, you earn 10% of the pool.

Impressions are pulled directly from the platform API and refreshed periodically to stay accurate.

Payouts are made in cUSDC — a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar. You'll need a valid EVM-compatible wallet address set in your profile to receive payment.

Payouts are processed after each campaign closes. Make sure your EVM wallet address is saved in your profile before the campaign ends — you can set it in the profile panel on your dashboard.
